About the Trust
We are a multi academy trust established in 2020 to ensure the best possible provision is in place for children and young people with a diverse range of needs within Leicestershire and the wider area.
The Partnership currently consists of three educational providers:
Dorothy Goodman School - including Cleveland House (part of Dorothy Goodman School)
The Fusion Academy
Forest Way School
OTP is leading a free school development in the Southwest of Birmingham.
In total, we have around 850 pupils and just over 500 staff. Our schools are spread over eight bases.
We celebrate each child and young person as an individual, supporting them to thrive in ways that reflect their own strengths, interests, and needs.

Ensure local provision is of high quality.
Offer diverse provision to accommodate different needs.
Enable flexible provision so when a pupil’s needs change in the short term or long term they can be provided for.
Challenge to ensure best practice and to ensure pupils gain the best possible choices for their future lives.

To ensure all children and young people achieve as much as they can academically and socially.
To ensure all children and young people have a breadth of experience, so they have greater choice in the future.
To ensure the work we do helps children and young people on their way and does not limit them.
OTP will constantly reflect on the effectiveness of provisions by asking four key questions:

What or how could we do it better?
We are dedicated to ensuring positive educational experiences for children and young people.
We are flexible, enabling children and young people to succeed.
We do not insist children and young people fit into a particular model.
We constantly aim for high-quality school improvement based on a flexible and collaborative approach.
