Post: Chief Executive Officer

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Salary: Competitive

Responsible to: Board of Trustees

This role requires a leader who inspires, motivates, and influences employees, pupils and stakeholders.

Influence the regional and national SEND community; share best practice, learn from each other and strengthen our ability to put children and young people at the heart of everything we do - wherever we are and in whatever role we have.

Builder:

Continue to build the processes, systems and ways of working within OTP which enable us to be adaptable to change, meeting local and national requirements, whilst putting our children and young people at the heart of everything we do.

Developer:

Develop our people so they can be the best they can be, to be resilient, to develop skills, achieve their goals and have the confidence to put our children and young people at the heart of everything they do.

We are looking for an outstanding practitioner who is keen and willing to help us grow and develop a Trust of excellence, including our new school based in Southwest Birmingham.
